Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for request of bids for a period of 60 days. The Prime Bidder shall be a certified GA Department of Transportation contractor & will furnish all materials, labor, equipment & perform all work required to complete the project. This project consists of improvements to multiple streets such as: Baytree, Broad, Cecil, Clermont, East Webster, East Monroe, Ivey Place, Jones, Metcalf, Mississippi, Oak, Palmetto, Pear, Peach, Pine, South College, Town Court, West Loomis, and Warner. These improvements include resurfacing, curb and gutter, storm water improvements, Water Main replacements, and Sewer Rehabilitation. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. Bids must be plainly marked "2022 SPLOST LMIG STREET IMPROVEMENTS" & must be delivered before the time specified. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
