No definite date for the rebid.** The purpose and intent of these Specifications and accompanying drawings is to provide for the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and means of transportation, tools, labor, supervision and all other services necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work to construct the 2023 DOWNTOWN BATHROOMS. Proposals will not be considered by Owner unless Bidder is on record as purchasing & receiving complete Bid Documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. Bids must be plainly marked 2023 DOWNTOWN BATHROOMS & must be delivered before the time specified. The Prime Bidder will furnish all materials, labor, equipment & perform all work required to complete the project. The project consists primarily of site work and construction of a bathroom facility and performing other necessary and appurtenant work as otherwise described and enumerated and shown in these specifications and referenced plans.
