Cost Estimate: $200k to $300k The project is located in Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Building N101. The project consists of inserting new aluminum windows into the existing exterior walls, and replacement of storefront entries. Demolition includes removal of portions of the existing exterior wall and storefronts, and some electrical conduits. Building construction will be installation of aluminum windows, window trim, drywall/CMU repair, and paint. All materials, labor and subcontractors are to be included in the bid. CONTRACTOR shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in North Carolina. Each bond shall be in the full contract amount. HUB certified contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
