**As of May 03, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the North Carolina General Statutes,sealed proposals for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the renovation of the Commissioners Meeting Desk and Meeting Room Renovation located at 913 Greensboro Street, Lexington NC 27292 will be received informally from qualified bidders by Project Architect, Danny Ray Norman, AIA, in the Davidson County Purchasing Department Office at 925 N. Main Street, Lexington, NC until Bidsshall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum will be required from the successful bidder. In compliance with NC Senate Bill 914, the County has a goal of soliciting 10% participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE). Davidson County has the right to reject any and all proposals.
