**As of April 21, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Demolition of existing Commissioner's Desk, Commissioners Room carpet and base, Suspended drywall ceiling, Ceiling grid and ceiling tiles where indicated on the plans and minor electrical fixtures and HVAC grilles. Construction of architectural millwork desk, poured concrete raised floor platform and ramp,new step and ramp rails, half and full wall construction surrounding commissioner's desk, installation of new suspended ceiling and grid where indicated on the plans,carpet tile flooring and wall base. Minor lighting and HVAC additions and adjustments. Cleaning of the new and original features of the Commissioners Meeting Room.
