Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgman, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project consists of the replacement and reconstruction of four (4) existing tennis courts on the Bridgman High School site. The improvements include: Rough grading Overall grading Gravel subbase for pavement Under Drain System Four (4) asphalt paved tennis courts Pavement marking for tennis and pickle ball Nets and net standards Fencing Construction of storm water control Leaching basin structure Temporary soil erosion control Perforated pipe and gravel French drain Sidewalk Base Bid- Concrete sidewalk Alternate Bid- additional sidewalk Lawn construction Fine grade Topsoil Fertilize, seed and mulch Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Addendum 1 released by end of day Monday, February 7, 2022 All final questions shall be directed to Wightman by end of day, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, with Addendum 2 released by end of day, Friday, February 18, 2022. Post Bid Contractor interviews shall take place Friday, February 25, 2022. Bridgman School Board Meeting, Review & Award project, Monday, February 28, 2022 (Bridgman High School). Commence work upon receipt of the BSF and BCC plan. Anticipated commencement Monday, March 15, 2022 Substantial completion: Monday, July 11, 2022 Final Completion: Monday, July 25, 2022 - Courts playable Tennis season begins Monday, August 8, 2022.
