Pre-Solicitation Notice for Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Northwest Corridor 27 January 2022 This is a pre-solicitation notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Northwest Region. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, certifications, and management necessary to provide for equipment and system maintenance and repairs at Government facilities in the Northwest Region. The estimated period of performance shall be a twelve (12) month Base Period plus four (4) additional twelve (12) month option periods. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. All work will be performed at various CBP facilities throughout the Northwest Region. This solicitation is expected to be issued before 25 March 2022. Proposal response date and time will be specified at time of solicitation posting. The anticipated contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Task Orders. The Preventative Maintenance, Intermediate Repair, and Minor Repair portions of this contract will be issued as the first Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Task Order. The other Task Orders will be issued for the Major Repairs portion of this contract.
