1) Disconnect existing electrical outlets and remove 2) Remove existing sidewalk and loading dock pad 3) Remove existing parking blocks dispose as needed 4) Remove existing asphalt and dispose 5) Add gravel base for new sidewalk and asphalt(road crush) 6) Supply and install new electrical pedestals for car plug-ins 7) Supply and install all concrete from for walkway and loading dock pad 8) Supply and install 10mm rebar 2 x 2 centre 9) Supply and install 32 mpa dura mix concrete with air/broom finish/ expansion cuts as per standard(Contractor to confirm drainage) 10) Supply and install new asphalt(4 inches of B mix) contractor to confirm drainage 11) Supply and install new outdoors outlets for car plug-ins 12) Re-hab of area 13) Contractor to coordinate all locates and provide locates prior to starting work and confirm property lines 14) Supply and install paking stall line painting to match existing before removed (19 stalls) 15) All bonds required as per section 37 if required 16) Site fencing as need with signage 17) Work to start in June of 2022
