Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brecknock Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project included the milling and repaving approximately 7,000 square yards of roadway, including subbase preparation, 25mm base course, 19mm binder course and 9.5mm wearing course. The project also includes replacement of pavement markings, replacement of 5 inlet tops and grates, curbing, and replacement of a loop detection sensor. The Township of Cumru hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Cumru in the amount equal to ten percent (10 %) of the total amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security.
