Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Brecknock Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The project is to construct a new 34'-4" x 40'-10" salt mixing shed and associated lighting within the Township maintenance building property. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Cumru in the amount equal to ten percent (10 %) of the total amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The Township of Cumru hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof or one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days if the award is delayed by a required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant or grants.
