Sealed proposals are sought for road projects consisting of cold in place recycling, leveling course, and overlay on Orchard Road. Bidders are required to examine the documents, read the specifications, and visit the project site to understand the extent and quality of the work required. Bidders must be familiar with the location, access, utilities, site conditions, existing construction, and applicable regulatory processes.
