Inc, awarded amount is $221,905.70 The Project Includes the Placement of Approximately 2695 Tons of 12.5 Mm Asphalt Wearing Course Overlay Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Proposal for Option Proposals Shall Be Effective for 120 Days From the Date of Opening. The Successful Low Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a 100% Performance Bond or Certified Check and a 100% Payment Bond or Certified Check Within 20 Days of Contract Award. Proposals Must Be Made Upon the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Waive Any Non-material Defects or Irregularities in the Bid, and to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof. Proposals Must Include the Public Works Employment Verification Form Completed by the Bidder. Liquidated Damages Apply at the Rate of $500.00 Per Calendar Day.
