As of April 4, 2022, the project has been awarded and contracts are being finalized. Construction is expected to begin April 11, 2022. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 2,800 linear feet of curb and gutter replacement, 1,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 950 linear feet of sanitary lateral service, 1,100 linear feet of storm sewer, 2,700 linear feet of water main and associated appurtenances, 1,300 linear feet of water service and associated appurtenances, 2,800 tons of asphalt, 12,000 square feet of concrete flatwork, erosion control, and traffic control. The City of Waupaca reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
