Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Castlegar, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
To provide all services required to remove two(2) existing Rooftop Air Handling units and to install three (3) Rooftop Air Handling Units and all associated work after the installation of the three(3) Rooftop Air Handlers. This shall generally include work in the following areas: I. Regional District of Central Kootenay, Castlegar and District Community Complex - three new RTUs on the roof. II. Senior's Lounge. III. Weight Room. IV. Yoga Studio V. Electrical / Mechanical Room This includes but is not limited by the generality of the following: I. Secondary Distribution Panels - new circuit breakers. II. Feeders to the new RTUs. III. Work for Mechanical Trade. IV. Testing and Commissioning.
