WTA is currently seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendor to provide a turnkey solution for retrofitting its existing fleet of non-air conditioned buses. The initial length of performance will be one (1) year from issuance of Purchase Order. Warranty on labor will commence at payment of final invoice and continue for one (1 ) year minimum. Clarification Deadline: March 14, no later than 5:00 PM PST Estimated Award Date: April 21 Contract Start Date: May 1,2022 Questions pertaining to the RFP must be submitted to procurement@ridewta.com. WTA does not guarantee a response to questions submitted via phone or after the clarification deadline has passed. Proposers are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the solicitation packet. WTA will not negotiate any aspect of the required service or contract once the Intent to Award is issued. WTA will not make any concessions for proposers who are not completely familiar with the scope or contract requirements.
