Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fall River, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: Relay 2,340ft of clay sanitary sewer with 2,460ft of 8" PVC sewer, relay 2,700ft of transite watermain with 3,080ft of 8" ductile iron watermain, and construct 1,130ft of RCP storm sewer including installation of curb inlets along Church Street from Fox Trail to Jennifer Lane, along Fox Trail between Church Street and Kane Street, along Sunrise Lane from Church Street to 900ft south of Church Street, and Hilltop Drive from Church Street to 700ft south of Church Street. This section of street includes new curb and gutter, geotextile fabric, breaker run, gravel, asphalt, and new sidewalk, replacement of the sewer and water laterals, erosion control, traffic control, and yard restoration. There are no prevailing wage rates for this contract. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award,the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
