Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,218-square-foot municipal facility.
Please contact LoVell Parkman at LoVell.Parkman@boston.gov or 617-635-4202 ext. 2279 for details Cover and protect all furniture, floors and unpainted fixtures Prep all wall, trim, sill and door frame surfaces to be painted which includes lightly sanding and wiping down of all wall surfaces to be painted. Patch all wall defects including holes, dents and scratches. Paint approximately 1726 sq ft in the 2nd fir office and 792 sq ft in the 3rd fir office of walls along the outside perimeter of the offices (including interior wall space) as directed by DYEE/BCYF staff. Paint all doors and frames including side lights. Paint all soffits. Paint all window sills throughout all office spaces to be painted. All colors to be selected by DYEE staff while viewing a color wheel provided by the contractor for all painted surfaces. Paint must be either Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Willimas "mid level" paint and primer in one. Color scheme will consist of 1 primary color and 1 accent wall color, 1 accent ceiling color, one accent side light color to be determined by DYEE/BCYF staff.
