Project involves construction of a new building, partial renovation of E Building, demolition of the M building, and replacement of primary electrical infrastructure at the BHCC Charlestown campus. The new 60,000 GSF building will house primarily academic support services. E building (approx. 35,000 GSF) renovation includes primary infrastructure upgrades and office and classroom space renovation. M Building is a 6,000 GSF single-story modular building. Primary campus electrical switchgear and three primary electrical switchboards and associated transformers will be replaced.
