Masonry Work; Misc & Orn Iron; Roofing & Flashing; Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking; Metal Windows; Glass & Glazing; Acoustical Tile; Ceramic Tile; Painting; Plumbing; HVAC; Fire Protection Sprinkler System; Electrical Work process and mechanical upgrades as well as security, civil/site, structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and instrumentation improvements to the Prison Point CSO Facility located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Such improvements include, but are not limited to, replacement of gates, screens, conveyors, diesel engines, pumps and other mechanical process equipment, replacement of underground fuel storage tanks, replacement of chemical tanks and chemical delivery system, replacement of the Chemical Building roof and installation of new roof hatches, replacement of electrical switchgear and the motor control centers, installation of a second electrical feed, installation of sprinklers, installation of card readers and emergency lighting, installation of chemical induction units and additional sample lines, concrete repairs throughout the facility, relining of the force main, and SCADA system upgrades throughout the facility. The work also includes building hazardous material abatement of lead paint and asbestos. The estimated time frame for project completion is 730 calendar days. The work is being bid pursuant to M.G.L. c.149,44A-44J. The Contract Time is 730 calendar days from the day of the Notice to Proceed for Substantial Completion
