For Roaring Judy SFU - Replace Metal Roof B504 The project consists of removing and replacing the North 1/2 of the metal roofing on the Roaring Judy Hatchery. Scope includes old roofing removal, inspection of roof decking, removal and replacement of approximately 10% of roof decking, installation of ice and water shield and replacement of metal roofing panels. Includes all incidental roof jacks, flashing and fasteners to complete roof replacement. You must include as part of the bid documentation the following items: 1.
