Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

*As of January 18, 2024, project is complete. Construction was completed in the Summer of 2022. Flintco has been selected as the Construction Manager for the new Sugar Creek Elementary Remodel for Bentonville Public Schools. This project will include building improvements, light demolition, remodel of offices, restrooms, and classrooms, along with associated areas. The Bid Manual will be added at a later date to the Plan Room for bidding purposes. This project will utilize a Subcontractor Default Insurance policy for Performance and Payment Bonding on subcontractors. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be excluded from the scope of work and base bid for the project. Each subcontractor must be pre-qualified prior to execution of the subcontract. Contractors without a current qualification file will need receive a Pre-qualification Request via SmartBidNet email. Please complete the form completely and accurately. All information requested is required for pre-qualification purposes. Subcontractors will be required to furnish insurance as outlined in the specifications, as well as provide a waiver of subrogation and list Flintco, Owner, and Architect as an additional insured. For any questions regarding our insurance requirements, please contact our office. A high-visibility vest, shirt, or jacket; safety glasses and Level 2 cut resistant protective gloves are required as mandatory personal protective equipment on all Flintco jobsites. All proposals over $50,000 (including labor) require an Arkansas Contractor's License. If the Contractor fails to complete the work by August 5, 2022, or as noted in the Notice to Proceed, or any agreed extension thereof, he shall pay to the Owner as liquidated damages, fixed or agreed, and not as a penalty, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day of delay of the work, which sum shall be withheld by the Owner from payments due to be made to the Contractor by the Owner under the terms of the contract.
