Habersham County Office of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for Architectural Service for Building Design, Construction Documents and Construction Management Services for a Animal Control Facility. A preliminary scope has been developed for approximately 7,650 sq. ft. of new construction, but the scope has not been finalized. The selected architect will review materials developed to date and propose more cost effective alternatives as appropriate, make recommendations on the project scope, side design, and design of the facility to the County Commission and upon approval, provide design services, construction documentations and drawings, assistance through bidding and bid evaluation, and provide construction oversight throughout the construction of the facility. No inquiries or interpretation of meaning concerning this Request for Proposal will be made to any interested party orally.
