Proposals will be submitted for sizes 12" through 72" diameter only as listed on the bidding blank. Bid price on this material shall include cost of delivery to any point in Eaton County designated by The Board of Eaton County Road Commissioners and shall remain firm until August 1, 2022. The bid shall consist of supplying materials that meet at least the minimum Michigan Department of Transportation current standard specifications. The Board of Eaton County Road Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects and accept the bid which, in their opinion, is the most advantageous to the County of Eaton.
