Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and office development.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Renovations to two existing suites on the third floor of the Michigan State Police Headquarters building. Work associated with the office suite renovations includes, but is not limited to: demolition of existing walls, doors, frames, glazing systems, ceiling systems, finishes, VAV boxes and associated ductwork, electrical outlets and light fixtures and installation of new walls, relocated door frames and glazing systems, patch and repair of existing ceiling system, finishes, new and relocated VAV boxes and ductwork, new electrical outlets and relocated light fixtures. Please notify the Office of Design and Construction (DCD) if you are having SIGMA VSS issues. Emailed submissions require DCD approval and will be handled on a case-bycase basis.
