In case the successful bidder fails to execute such contract and provide the required bonds and insurance certificate within the time specified, and the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid closing. Bids and proposals must be sealed and addressed to the Village Board of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. There shall appear on the envelope of each bid and proposal, the name and address of the bidder and the purpose for which the proposal is intended.
