West St. John High School Hurricane IDA Disaster Related Repairs to Athletic Areas - Fencing located at 1600 Highway 44 Reserve, LA 70084. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time, and a tabulation will be made for consideration by the Owner in awarding the Contract. Proposals received after the above-designated date and time will not be opened and will be rejected. This project will consist of replacement of damage fencing and swing gates to the athletic areas at West St. John High School. The Contractor performing this construction work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as BUILDING CONSTRUTION AND/OR FENCING. Proposals received from Proposers without this license will be rejected. All work must be substantially complete by MARCH 31, 2022, at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE PROPOSAL.
