The City of Covington is soliciting Bids from qualified Respondents for the acquisition and installation of fencing, appropriate for SFC Jason Bishop Memorial Dog Park located at Kenny Shields Park at 847 Philadelphia St, Covington, KY 41011. Fence Acquisition and Installation for SFC Jason Bishop Memorial Dog Park Deadline for Vendor Questions or Clarification - 4:30 p.m., Friday, April 1, 2022 Additional questions may be directed to the City Procurement Manager, Lindy Jenkins at LJenkins@covingtonky.gov, or 859-292-2178. Bidder shall be required to submit its Bid proposal, bid security in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Prior to an award of contract the anticipated successful Respondent shall be required to execute and furnish to the City a performance bond and a payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of total amount of the bid contract. Bonds shall be executed and be in force on the date of the execution of the Contract.
