As of March 7, 2024, this project has been awarded. The original solicitation is preserved below for reference. The City of Covington, KY is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Architectural & Engineering Design Services for New Infrastructure on Covington Central Riverfront (CCR). Questions May be directed to Lindy Jenkins, Procurement Manager, at LJenkins@covingtonky.gov, or 859-292-2178. Pursuant to KRS 45A.370, the evaluation of Proposals shall be conducted using competitive negotiation. Any final award shall be based upon the criteria set forth below and shall include the reciprocal preference for residential Respondents outlined in KRS 45A.494, where required. The City finds selection based upon competitive negotiation necessary, upon the determination that sealed bidding is inappropriate because the time and place of performance cannot be determined in advance, and a fixed price contract is not applicable. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All Proposals will be reviewed and scored in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth herein
