Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Chris Hussey chris.hussey@rccc.edu Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) is actively seeking Contractors to provide "turnkey" services for telecommunications cabling installations, moves, changes, and repairs to new and existing local area voice, data, or video network and systems, at Time and Material rates located in RCCC-Information Services. The contractor is expected to perform all work in full compliance with OSHA standards meeting all national, state, and local codes. The awarded contractor will fulfill the requirements contained herein. Any contract resulting from award of this solicitation will be a convenience contract and the College makes no guarantee as to any minimum level of spend under the contract. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of three years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution . At the end of the Contract's initial term, RCCC shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. RCCC will give the Vendor written notice of its intent to exercise each option no later than thirty days before the end of the Contract's then-current term. In addition to any optional renewal terms, and with the Vendor's concurrence, RCCC reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
