Eng Project # 21-049 Perform asbestos abatement and demolish main house and bunkhouse at the Chandler Residence 1. 100% Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors, Size Standard $16.5M. This solicitation is a request for proposal under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. All reference to discussions shall not be interpreted under FAR Part 15, but rather indicates that the Government may communicate with offers as allowed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. 3. Contractors shall follow instruction in section L of the solicitation. 4. Any request for information or request for a site visit must be received no later than 18 February 2022 via e-mail at miguel_martinez@fws.gov by 12:00 PM MST. 5. Proposals must be received via e-mail to Miguel Martinez at miguel_martinez@fws.gov no later than 28 February 2022 by 5:00 PM MST. Period of Performance: 03/14/2022 to 07/14/2022 Demolition and asbestos abatement of the main Chandler Residence (1890 SF) with an unfinished basement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, expertise, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete asbestos abatement and demolition as defined by attachment 1 statement of work. Period of Performance: 120 Days after notice to proceed. Firm Fixed Price Contract.
