Questions Regarding the RFB The Fairgrounds and buildings will be open for contractors to walk through at their convenience MondayFriday 8 am-5 pm. There is no requirement for a walkthrough, and respondents should perform their due diligence to ensure they understand this project total scope. Interested respondents should call the fairgrounds office before traveling to ensure the gates are open and there are no events in the buildings. Vendors who request a clarification of the RFB requirements may submit written questions to the appropriate RFB Official Contact by mail or email. The deadline for receiving technical questions is February 21, 2022, at 5:00 pm (PST). Questions received by the Count y /Architect will be answered and sent via email to the original email roster. Questions after this date will be ignored unless they pertain something other than the project itself. (i.e. where to drop off, bid opening, etc. are always answered)
