As of February 10, 2022, this project is Bidding. Architect information has not been disclosed. Information regarding subcontractor bidding opportunities have not been disclosed. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is expected to begin in the second quarter 2022. The Bid Categories are constructed to follow as closely as possible the CSI format of the Contract Documents. However, some Bid Categories may contain more than one specification section and/or parts thereof. Unless noted otherwise, all labor, material and equipment for each specification section is to be included for each Bid Category.
