Renovation of a municipal facility in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The owner has selected a The Samuels Group to be the Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Vilas County Government is accepting Bids for a Construction Management firm to assist Vilas County with the engineering of, replacement and installation of emergency electrical generators at three separate locations in Vilas County. The Construction Management firm chosen will be responsible for the preparation of the scope of work, the preparation of bid documents and the facilitation of the bid process to identify qualified bidders and determination of project cost. Vilas County Public Property Committee meeting. Vilas County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to select the bid(s) deemed to be in the County's best interest.to be in the County's best interest.
