Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Douglas, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 940 lft of 5' wide concrete sidewalk Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from the City of Douglas. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the City of Douglas in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall not start until after July 1 and shall be completed prior to November 1, 2022, or within thirty (30) days of starting work, whichever comes first.
