Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 10 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) Non-Collusion Affidavit Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The City anticipates the contract will be awarded and the notice to proceed will be issued by early April 2022. All work must be completed within (120) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so. Contractors are required to visit the site prior to bidding for this project.
