Unit 4 Roof Replacement 5 Stanley Correctional Institution Scope of Work. The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the division of work bid for this project. A formal pre-bid tour will not be conducted for this project; however, a site visit is encouraged.
