The project consists of concrete curb and gutter replacement and asphalt mill and overlay of City residential streets in the Wallingford/O'Rourke residential neighborhood. Estimated quantities are 28,107 square yards of milling and 3,162 tons of Mix Type KDOT 12.5 asphalt overlay. Project scope includes providing all labor, material, equipment and traffic control required to: 2" asphalt milling on full width of specified streets Prep and tack coat milled surface for asphalt overlay Install and compact 2" of Mix Type KDOT 12.5 asphalt on milled street surface Remove and replace approximately 2,500 lf of CG-2 concrete curb and gutter Distribute written notices to affected residents prior to project commencement Missouri Prevailing Wage Order Number 28 for Platte County is in effect for any contract in excess of $75,000. Bids will be unit cost bid, City reserves right to reduce or increase quantities by up to 10% at bid unit cost.
