Removal, and replacement of four 16'x34' steel shade structures, sidewalk installation, installation of shade structures, picnic tables and grills at Lake Hemet Picnic Area. Other miscellaneous items in this project include minor site grading, waterline relocation and reconnection, CMU retaining wall demolition and installation, concrete slab-on-grade installation, and asphalt concrete patching. PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located in the San Jacinto Ranger District, San Bernardino National Forest. The Lake Hemet Picnic Area is one mile off California Highway 74 in Garner Valley on Hemet Lake Road. Lake Fulmor Picnic Area and it is located directly adjacent to California Highway 243. Contractors shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies (unless specified elsewhere as Government-furnished), and incidentals required to accomplish specified work in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of the contract.
