See Work Services attached of the BC Provincial Government outlining new contractor vaccination requirements. Direction on applicability will be provided by the individual responsible for managing the contract. To provide traffic control services in the Elk Valley area of the Rocky Mountain District, on an as and when required basis for fiscal year 2023 ending ending February 28, 2023. The approximate boundaries of this contract encompasses the Elk Valley area, from the Elko townsite east to the British Columbia/Alberta Provincial border on Highway 3, including the Fernie arterial and Sparwood arterial, north on Highway 43 through to Elkford, and including the Sparwood arterial, to the end of the public road, Fording Mine Road, Corbin Road, and all adjacent side roads maintained by the Ministry of Transportation & Infrastructure. This includes provision of qualified traffic control personnel, traffic control supervision, qualified basic first aid as and when requested, and may also, with advance notice to the Contractor, require the contractor to provide pilot vehicles services, as well as on occassion, an Occupational First Aid attendant to be on site
