Location: 2400 Perry Ave NE, Bremerton, Washington 98310 Scope: Bremerton School District (BSD) is seeking a qualified Architect and Engineering Consultant team to provide design and construction phase services for a multi-use sport complex. BSD proposes to design and construct a new competition sized track with synthetic surfacing and synthetic turf infield, new synthetic turf multi-use field, field storage building, concessions and restroom building, limited field seating, site lighting, and a new parking lot. The new track and fields will preplace existing natural grass fields and walking path. Special design consideration is anticipated for earthwork and storm drainage. Pre-Design has been completed.
