Contractors may submit a bid for either contract individually or for both* Contract No. 1 - General Construction: The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and related, for the construction of waterfront access improvements at Kiwanis International Park, which generally includes, but is not limited to: site clearing; site grading; drainage improvements; concrete bulkhead construction; concrete pathway, sidewalk and pavement installation; striping of parking areas; and restoration activities. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bonds prescribed in the Bidding Documents. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. *The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals, or any specific part of any item of any bid.
