Each completed bid must be submitted in the fully bound document provided and sent to the following address: Attn: Sarah Smith, Finance Department, City of Athens, 508 E. Tyler St., Athens, TX 75751. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bonding will be required in compliance with the Texas Local Government Code based on total bid price. The City of Athens reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening date.
