Renovation of a municipal facility in Athens, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For additional information, contact Elizabeth Borstad at (903) 675-5131. The City of Athens reserves the rights to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive formalities. a. All work must be performed under the supervision of a Texas Master Electrician. Texas Master Electrician must certify that LED lights and fixtures were install in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and that LED lights and fixtures meet applicable codes for the application. b. The selected contractor will need accompany any invoices with the Texas Master Electrician Name and License Number who supervised the work. c. The selected contractor must properly dispose of existing equipment and any hazardous material waste pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 335. Vendor must provide a letter to the City showing the proper disposal of this equipment and materials
