Work is to be performed during the summer break between May 17,2022 - August 22, 2022 as coordinated with TMCC. Labor Commissioner #: WA-2022-179 Estimated Cost Range: $200,000 - $300,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Considerations: This project will be coordinated with TMCC to minimize summer class disruptions Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers Compensation will be required.
