To remove wallpaper, then primer, texture and paint the walls in the hallways of the Sierra Building on the TMCC Dandini Campus. Work is to be performed during the summer break between May 17, 2022 - August 22, 2022 as coordinated with TMCC. Stairs and stairwell to be painted floor to ceiling. Handrails and window trim to be painted. Door frames to be painted fully in hallway through room. This work will be completed in conjunction with new flooring.
