The Project contemplated consists of providing approximately 2,000 linear feet of 30-inch and 36-inch gravity PVC and pressure HDPE pipeline, manholes, appurtenances, outfall, intake, and diversion structures, cofferdams, and in-water work, and includes erosion and sedimentation control. The Work will be completed in all respects on or before October 9, 2023. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Prior to submission of its Bid, Bidder shall be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Bidders shall prequalify as provided by ORS 279C.430 and in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, Oregon Chapter of APWA, for all classes of construction. Prequalification applications must be received by the City of Ashland not less than 3 days prior to the date designated for the opening of Bids. To submit a Bid, Bidders shall comply with the requirements listed in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bid will be received or considered by Owner unless the Bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by Bidder that Bidder accepts prevailing wage rate provisions required by ORS 279C.840.
