Sealed tenders for the following MP23TLH004 - Multiphase Timber Development - Various Locations - Quesnel Timber Supply Area will be received by the Timber Sales Manager, BC Timber Sales, Cariboo-Chilcotin Business Area, 200 - 640 Borland Street, Williams Lake, BC, V2G 4T1, up to 9:00 am (local time) on April 5, 2022, at which time tender submissions will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Questions & Answers All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: TimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca">Forests.CaribooChilcotinTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 3:00 pm on March 30, 2022. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 3:00 pm on April 1, 2022. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA), the national Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Amendment #3 to add a Covid-19 clause to replace 6.07 on the Operational Services Contract, and to add Question and Answer Document. Amendment #1 to add changes to the Tender Offer Form, Schedule B, and to add a KML. Only the new Tender Offer Form attached dated February 28, 2022 will be eligible, any other Tender Offer Form will be ineligible. The proposed contract is a multiphase contract consisting of three (3) Timber Sale Licenses (about twelve (12) blocks) in the Big Valley Operating Area and one Timber Sale License (about six (6) blocks) in the Little Swift Operating Area, including Old Growth verification.
