Renovation of an educational facility in Quesnel, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes demolition of the existing wood siding & fascia over approximately 5400 sq. ft. and flashings. Over the existing exterior sheeting the following will be installed: air barrier, EPS insulation, strapping, flashings, and concrete composite cladding with extruded aluminium reveal trim over approximately 3700 sq. ft. The existing wood fascia will be remove and replaced with prefinished cladding over approximately 1700 sq. ft.. The existing soffits will re-stained over approximately 1700 sq. ft, and approximately 30 sq. ft. soffit replaced. The existing 38 exterior soffit lights will be replaced. All exterior steel (including metal doors & steel frames) will be re-painted. All the existing signage will be removed & re-installed. The scope of work does not include the following: replacement of existing aluminium doors, windows, foundation, or site work.
