Estimated Species: Douglas Fir (FI) 35,506 m³ (46%), Western Red Cedar (CE) 20,764 m³ (28%), Spruce (SP) 9,781 m³ (13%), Hemlock (HE) 7,969 m³ (11%), Balsam (BA) 1,479 m³ (2%), Lodgepole Pine (LO) 76 m³, Birch (BI) 218 m³, Aspen (AT) 36 m³, Cottonwood (CO) 5 m³, more or less. Upset Stumpage Rate: $76.47/m³. The upset stumpage rate was determined in accordance with the Interior Appraisal Manual and applicable to coniferous sawlog grades. Licence Term: 3 years
