Renovation of a fire / police facility in Quesnel, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade fire / police facility.
The City of Quesnel is inviting submissions from proponents indicating their interest and qualifications for General Contractor for the Quesnel Fire Hall No. 1 Revitalization Project. Based on these responses, we intend to select a shortlist of General Contractors to be invited to participate in the next stage of the construction procurement process. The City of Quesnel is planning to upgrade and renovate Fire Hall No. 1 in downtown Quesnel, B.C., located at 310 Kinchant Street. The Fire Hall No. 1 Project includes upgrades to the building envelope and exterior, accessibility upgrades, a reconfiguration and renovation of office and auxiliary spaces, installation of a Vehicle Exhaust System, and upgrades to life safety lighting, and electrical systems, and plumbing and mechanical systems.
